Longer talks on a set topic, generally 10 to 30 minutes.

03 · BUILD LOG
Building BotsEverywhere in public
What I build toward the Grok Bot Alicante Meetup, documented as I go. The posts are published on Alicante Tech Vibes, in English.
First demo
The first demo of BotsEverywhere: team management powered by Grok Bot, from org chart to work chart. No logins, curated seats only.
Read the post →Triggers and contingency workstreams
Work doesn't start as a project plan, it starts as a trigger. How a decision can spawn a contingency workstream that rejoins when it is ready.
Read the post →Company structure and work charts
An org chart says who is accountable; a work chart says how an outcome gets produced. The model now starts from work entering the system.
Read the post →Design & overview
The MVP path is locked and the look matches it: one wordmark, one robot-tree mark, one gradient, and a live announcement page at botseverywhere.ai.
Read the post →Work charts, not org charts
BotsEverywhere framed as a structured staffing tool: purpose-built bots as seats on a lean-team work chart for startups and project managers.
Read the post →Bots training → writing bot → build in public
Research, writing and publishing split into separate bots, X connected for build-in-public posts, and a shared pipeline into the build log.
